The images in the "Clip Platforms" directory are of various objects that
can be used to provide support surfaces for performers in "Table" clips.
The images depict objects with a large flat upper surface and some sort
of support structure, such as couches, beds and low walls.

For each type of object, e.g. altars, there may be up to three groups of
images each in their own subdirectory of the "Clip Platforms" directory,

Group A - suitable for all table clips
Group B - suitable for BehindTable clips
Group C - suitable for FrontTable clips

The groups are distinguished by an A, B or C directory name suffix. When
similar objects may exist in more than one of the groups they would have
similar names. To the reduce potential for confusion when the images are
copied elsewhere the image files in the groups also have a group suffix,
though it is in lower case.

The group A images should be usable with both BehindTable and FrontTable
so they therefore normaly depict some object that has nothing projecting
above the level of the platform and which is viewed either from exactly
the level of the platform's surface or from a lower viewpoint so that it
is not visible.

The group B images are similar to those of group A except that part of
the front of the object rises above the level of the platform making the
use of the image problematic for FrontTable clips and the group B images
are only useful with BehindTable clips or as standalone objects.

The objects depicted in group C will typically have something that rises
above the back of the platform, e.g. a sofa back, or else object is seen
from a point that is at a higher level than the platform so the platform
surface is itself visible. Both are problematic for BehindTable clips so
the group C images are only useful for use with FrontTable clips or as
standalone objects.

In both groups the image sizes have been normalised such that they have
have the same overall height (500) and sitting area width (1000 pixels).
The overall widths, however, vary because of the presence of such things
as arm rests to the sides of the seating area.

In all cases any clip used with the image should be positioned such that
the clip's hotspot is at the central point of the image. The clip may be
displaced a little horizontaly but there is little or no vertical leeway
when positioning the clip.

In order that the rules outlined in the previous two paragraphs applies
equally to all images there is always be a large blank transparent area
occupying all, or most, of the top half of the images in group B. There
may also be transparent areas at the bottom of the image, but these are
normaly small because the objects depicted should normaly be "standing"
on the bottom of the image.

These rules for the images mean that they can be substituted for each
other without having to modify anything in a scene using them, and that
the scenes can therefore use iStripper's ability to randomly select an
image from a directory rather than hardcoding which is to be used. They
also mean that some compromise was needed when creating the images, for
example the altars are all rather long and low, but it was necessary to
be able to substitute a platform from one class, e.g. an altar, for a
platform from different class, e.g. couches. If a scene uses only one
class, or a specific image, for a platform then the distortion can be
removed by scaling X and Y by different factors.
